Civitta was established in February 2010 by a 6-year veteran of McKinsey& Co Adam Saulius Vaina. As a "no frills" management consulting firm we specialize in fact-based advice and project implementation support in the Baltic region, including
Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Belarus.

The European Network for Social and Economic Research (ENSR) is a network of independent, organizations experienced in applied economic research. The ENSR is able to cover all kind of issues that are related to the business sector: entrepreneurship, labour, production, innovation, internationalisation, impact assessments, social affairs, capital and finance, etc. The Network has been involved in numerous studies that are used as input for the European policymaking process, having the European Commission as one of the main project partners. The ENSR consists of members in 33 countries, including all 27 EU Member states. In August Civitta met independence, experience and competence criteria and was accepted to the ENSR.
