During his career Riivo has obtained competences in business growth, research, business analysis, strategy, feasibility studies, finance and training. He holds a BA in Public Administration and MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management both from Tartu University, Estonia.

In addition to that Kęstutis has 3 years of experience as SM at Sportline, sporting goods retailer. He specializes in the fields of science and education, public sector, transportation, retail and manufacturing. Kęstutis posesses a wide range of comptetences, namely strategy development, organizational governance and development, performance improvement, process analysis and transformation, IT projects implementation. Kęstutis received an MA degree from Vilnius University. He is also certified with LEAN green belt, Six Sigma expert, Prince2 Practitioner and SAP TRM.

Pille holds a Bsc in Human geography and an MA in Strategic management both from Tartu University, Estonia. She has also obtained Internal audit ISO 9001 certificate.

- Meelis Niinepu is an entrepreneur with 12 years of experience in knowledge based industries. Alongside with that, Meelis has 7 years of experience in EU financed project development. His main fields of expertise are public sector, infrastructure investments as well as private sector investments. During his career Meelis has obtained competences of management of major project and technical assistance. In addition to his work in consultancy, Meelis is also an author of the Euro-funding Handbook, 2003-2009 edition. He is also Council member of an Estonian State Real Estate Company. Meelis holds a BA in Public Administration from Tartu University, Estonia. In addition to his main field of studies, Meelis studied law at Tartu University, he also continued his education in the United States, Austria and England.

Prior to his career in business advisory, Rokas has gained expertise in telecommunications industry while spending 2 years at Bite, one of the leading telecommunications’ companies in Lithuania. In addition to all mentioned above, Rokas has 2 years of experience in building web start-ups alongside with lecturing at ISM. His main fields of expertise are telecommunications, energy, retail, transportation and banking. Rokas possesses a wide range of competences, namely sales & marketing, price optimization, data analytics, financial modelling. He holds BSc in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of Economics, Riga. Rokas has continued his education at Stanford University, where he obtained his MA in International Politics.

Minijus’ competences include financial analysis, budgeting, financial modelling, financial compliance. He holds a BSc in Finance from University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA. HE ia also a CFA level III candidate.

- Jess Turnbull has been leading teams to success in construction, engineering, software development for the last 10 years. Five of those years were with REC Solar, developing and managing solar projects for clients such as the United States VA Hospitals, Costco, and state public school districts. While studying Aerospace Engineering at California Polytechnic, Jess interned as an aerospace engineer with NASA and ES Aerospace. Jess uses the experience gained working with government and corporate clients in the US to help Baltic companies enter the US market. His work history gives him a broad array of capabilities including compliance/certification, applications engineering, user experience, and market strategy. In addition to previous work in aerospace, Jess is completing his BSc in Sociology and Law as an international student with the London School of Economics. He is licensed as a General Contractor and Electrical Mechanic in California as well as a CAPM from PMI.

Currently Danielius manages the main start-up consulting initiative in Lithuania - "Startup Nitro". He has been a member of company's management board since its foundation. Danielius holds BSc in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of Economics.

Prior to that Adam Saulius was working as VP of Marketing for Guardsmark, a US outsourcing services company, for 5 years. His main fields of expertise are energy sector, banking and insurance. During his career Adam Saulius has developed competences in post-merger restructuring and financial services. He holds BA in Economics from Harvard University and MBA in Finance, Marketing and Strategic Management from Wharton School of Business.
